was talking to a friend the other day and she said she could sit down and eat the entire pint of blueberries. I usually measure out 1/2 cup.
Another neighbor said strawberries go quickly in their house. I usually wash 10 at a time and bring those to work.
An apple is of course an apple
Cherries and grapes I measure out a cup each
Most days I eat these 5 fruits - bring them to work

So when you sit down and have fruit, how much do you eat?

Not all fruit is created equal!

I am on a Dr. supervised program...low-fat and watch that sugar that allows 3 fruits per day. Some fruit has more sugar than others.

Grapes (green)...10 regular size
Blueberries...1/4 cup
Cantaloupe 1/8 slice of large melon
Cherries...9 medium
Grapefruit...1/2 medium
Orange...1 small
Apple...1 small
Peach...1 small
Strawberries...12 small
Watermelon...1 cup diced

No bananas :(

Don't know if that helps but these keep my sugar cravings pretty much in check!

ACK! I just went blueberry picking last Saturday. There is a place we've been going for years that has the BEST blueberries in the world.

I think I exceeded the 1/4 cup limit....I'll bet I ate a quart or more just while picking! uh....they are....ummm....yeah, high in antioxidants!! :) yeah!

As a kid I'd pour them into a glass and "drink" them up!
