They had my e-mail wrong!

I just modified our ressies and when she read my e-mail address back to me it was wrong! It is right on the Disney site but not in the CRO computer. Just thought those of you who are hoping for a discount e-mail might want to call CRO and make sure your e-mail is correct. Concierge has been trying to e-mail me and all the mail was undeliverable. Glad I decided to make a change.

OK, probably a stupid question, but why does Concierge contact you before your stay? I thought all you got were some extra room services & a special lounge stocked with food?

The extra food & services don't "do" it for me, but give me a semi-private washer/dryer & I'd be there in a flash!!! Doesn't have to be private, just a long as I know I can do my one load of wash w/out waiting!!

I love the washer/dryer idea (LOL)! This will be the longest trip we've ever taken and I know I will be doing laundry some time. To answer your question, concierge was trying to contact me about my Itinerary Planner (I guess you can do it on line). Anyway, they ended up sending me two by snail mail. I would never even have had a chance to receive any special offers with my e-mail being wrong.

Not a stupid question. The Personal Vacation Itinerary give the Concierge a lot of info that they use to help you out. You can specify restaurant all over WDW and they will make your PS for you - I've read (unconfirmed) that Conc. PS get better tables. They also book things like HDD, Luau, V&A, Fantasmic Dining, etc. They also help you with recreation - golf, tennis, horsies - and fitness; DW asked for and received via email, a lot of info about the GF Spa, along with all services they offer w/prices. Finally, they ask for BDays, Anniv, any special day you're celebrating; rumor has it that thing appear in your room on those days.

It's about more than water bottles and ribs....
