Another FOTL question please

If for some reason, I am unable to get a room at HRH, can FOTL be used with any other deals that you can get from offsite hotels?
Is FOTL offered with multiday passes even if I were to stay at maybe Holiday Inn, or Clarion?

No, FOTL is for onsite guests only. However, you can used Universal Express if you have a multiday ticket.
