Hi,
I wanted to know if anyone has gone to www.universalstudios.com clicked contact us. Clicked on whatever, and typed what they wanted. Did Universal ever write back and if so, did they actually do what you asked for?

I did. No, I never received a reply. I also left a message at the hotel for the consierge (???? spelling) desk to return my call - that never happened either. (RPR)
