How is Seaworld if it is raining.........with the strange weather we have been having here I figure I may need to switch some days around in our itinerary if it rains and am trying to figure out which parks in Orlando are okay to do in the rain.

Do the shows still go on if its raining? I assume NOT if it is lightning?!

Thanks.

I just got back, was there on Thursday July 31st. It rained starting at 4pm, to 5pm. I was in the wood oven restaurant.
Most showers happen late in the afternoon. For Clyde and Seamore, the show times are 4pm, and then 7pm leaving a 3 hour window. SWF must know the rain is coming at this time and they schedule accordingly.
No, don't think the shows go in the rain. You can still visit the park, just go early, and plan on eating dinner when the showers arrive.

My husband and I were at SW Saturday night and it rained the entire time. The shows do go on as long as there is no lightning (we asked and were specifically told "as long as there's no lightning."

Thanks for all your replies ..... I knew about the afternoon showers - I was thinking more along the lines of if it is forecasted to rain all day long!?

Thanks

It rarely rains all day long this time of year.

If it does, duck into one of the many indoor attractions. I find Wild Arctic is a good place to hide. I could spend hours looking at the Beluga whales. :)
