Is there a time fram that Disney has to accept or reject a resale. Someone had indicated to me that it was 30 days or less. If after 30 days the sale would go through. Can anyone confrim or deny this?

Having just entered the the ROFR period, DVC has up to 30 days to act on the ROFR. I understand that they have been taking 2-3 weeks to approve or purchase.

The rules state they have 30 days but they usually come through before then one way or another. I've never heard of anyone who slid by because of non action.

Dean, do you know where it says this. My RORF (Buyer) has been with them for 40 days now. Still no response.
