How to handle kids

Okay, if I am staying at HRH or PB with my children--do they need a room key to do FOTL or will just the fact that they are with me (and I will have my key) suffice? I'm not sure I am comfortable with the idea of them having a "key"--even without the room number on it.

Also--has anyone BEEN recently and used FOTL? How they are working it now?

Everyone that stays onsite and wants to use FOTL needs a key, even the 2 year old.
