Room requests after reservation?

Is it possible to make a room request after you have already made the reservation without calling?
Via fax or e-mail. Or do I have to call. We made our reservation about a month ago for September at OKW and the only request we made was a NS room. Now that we have been thinking about it, we would also like to request a room near the front of the resort. Is this possible?

I've emailed requests before and usually get a response back confirming it has been added to my reservation within a day or two. I'm sure faxing does the same.

MS has always done a good job of email response. They try to respond within 48 hours and you will have a written confirmation of what was done. For something mom-emergency like this, an email request should work well.

You can fax, but any response will come by regular mail.
