We called and put a down payment in on Wed. and we were told they were going to fed ex us some paperwork and here it is over 2 days later and we don't have anything. Should we worry about this? Are we locked in? Just wandering if anyone has any insight to this. Thanks.

We called our "tour" guide today (6 days since the papers were "sent") and were told they were extremely busy because of the price increase. Note the quotes around tour, crazy as it was, we bought site unseen! We have been waiting a week... still no papers... Our guide assured us everything was Okay.

I thought that it might be something like that. Just paranoid I guess. We have never done anything like this before, but we are looking forward to a lot of great years with this program.

Our guide called us and asked if we wanted to buy at the Wilderness Lodge even though it was not for sale in New York yet. They were willing to lock the price in for us. Good luck with your new vacation club experience. Take care, Tammy:bounce:

We put our deposit down on Sunday and finally received our packet on Friday. We called DVC on Wednesday and they stated they were backed up due to the holiday weekend.

So don't worry and congratulations.

Don't worry. We just made our decision a couple weeks ago and I think we gave the credit card # on a Thursday or Friday and didn't get the Fed x packet until the next Thursday. Congratulations to both of us! :bounce:

We added on today at the VWL and my guide told me that it would be a week and a half until my paperwork arrived. Just thought I would pass that along.

Welcome Home! it was crazy paperworkwise when we added on last fall because bwv and okw were almost sold out.
