Is there a site I can go to where I can enter all the ingredients for a recipe and have the nutritional values calculated? If I could get the nutritional values, I could then use the points calculator to get the # of points.
I know the WW site has a recipe builder but it looks like you would have to be a paying member to use it.

Hi there,
Try
Calorie King (http://www.calorieking.com/foods/)
Fit Day (http://www.fitday.com/)
Toni's Point List (http://www.tonibaby.com/points.shtml)
I have the complete food guide in a word document that I can e-mail to anyone.
I also have an online point calculator and a palm pilot diary/with food lists and points calculator. Let me know if you want it.
There is also a nutritional list from the USDA. Let me try to find it and I will post it in a bit.
Hope this helps,
Melanie
