Good morning, everyone!

Well, yesterday wasn't the success I had hoped for. Got about 10 minutes into my WATP and the phone started ringing, DH needed me to bring him something on the job, errands needed to be run, cell phone needed to be fixed, blah blah blah. That was it for exercise for me - I'm not even sure it counts! But today is ANOTHER DAY TO TRY! And that's the important part!

Hope everyone else had a super, active, healthy day. Summer is so nice for exercise - we all want to get out and do just that little bit more! I sort of wish I could drag our television out onto the deck and WATP out there!:p

So give yourselves a BIG round of applause and post your activity for yesterday. You did GREAT! You made a good choice, and you did something important - taking care of YOU!!! :bounce:

Worked out at Curves for 3 rounds, so that was okay. I'm heading off the computer to do my WATP tape right now. It's either that or help DH paint DD's bedroom :p !Yesterday was a perfect day, and I was thinking how much I love summer, (and conversely am NOT looking forward to the winter!) Keep moving, everyone!

30 minutes at Curves for me and then about 4 hours walking around the zoo with ohMom! :) What a delightful WISHer, and I'm thankful we were able to get together!!

She had her camera, so today I have to pop $10 in the mail to bribe her not to post my picture ;) ;)

Walked the neighborhood, 2 miles-1/2 hour, then did abs, arms and stretching. Couldn't do too much because of Advanced Zumba yesterday-a little sore today!!
Have a great day everybody!!!

Daisy, at least you STARTED yesterday! That's always a good thing! :)

I worked my abs yesterday (crunches). I decided to try jogging. I jogged 4.5 miles with a .4 mile power walk warm up, so I covered just under 5 miles total. WOW. And my legs are not even close to hurting or feeling sore today. Another WOW! I figured after that kind of workout I would be hating it today, but nope! :) Woo-hoo for me! I haven't run in AGES! My goal was to just get one mile done, then two, then three and see how I felt, so I was wicked psyched to complete 4.5! ;)

I did, but just barely. Wasn't feeling well last night, so I *almost* skipped it. But I decided to go for just 5 minutes on the exercise bike. But, 5 minutes actually turned into 15 and 2 miles! :) New record for me for the bike. :) No yoga or tai chi, though, and I'm still not feeling 100% today so I may or may not do anything tonight.

I did 30 mins pilates and 20 mins yoga before the zoo visit! It was a great visit and I was soooo impressed that ohiominnie's children both knew, word for word, the ENTIRE welcoming soundtrack for the Haunted Mansion! what Disney knowledge in that family!!

I can't believe me this week! DH is in Guatemala, so I'm here alone with the girls. I've exercised EVERY morning since Sunday!!

Here's the biggie...we spent the night at my Mom's last night b/c we went to see an old high school friend today and Mom's in on the way. Anyway, I took my WATP tape, got up at 5:15 AM and DID IT!!!! If you all knew me, you'd be impressed...I have never, EVER done that and in fact, I used to make fun of my friends who took workout clothes on vacation or girls weekends away! Now that's ME!!!! Holy, holy cow!! Actually, when I get to where I want to be, it's going to be holy calf or holy goat, not holy cow!! lol

I did Power 90 circuit 3-4 and the Power Ab blaster 200. So when will I have that bikini body that they show on the cover? Great job to those who workout.

I did 2 miles of the 3mile WATP tape. Boy that is a tough workout. I think i'll stick with the 2 mile tape for a while longer. I also did arms.

I did my 1 mile WATP DVD and was joined at first by my nearly 9 year old DS and then ultimately by 4 year old DD.

DD was bothered by the fact that we didn't have the weighted balls to work out with, so she went to playroom and brought us back two containers of Play-Doh each (lol). She really felt that she was helping. Went to Wal-Mart tonight and bought 2 lb. dumbbells (haven't been able to find 2 lb. balls - just 3 and 4).

I did learn that I had to concentrate on TV and not on kids, they kept throwing me off on my rhythm (hard enough by myself).

Good job everyone for the exercise. I'll see you all tomorrow.

That is so cute that your DD brought you PlayDoh to use instead of balls :) :D :D Looks like she really wanted all of you to get a good workout
