A milestone for me

I have the habit of buying clothes that are a size or 2 (or 3) too small with the intention of shrinking into them. I've been doing this for years. But before I fit into them, I start gaining weight again. I have a closet half full of size 10 clothes with the tags still on them.

Well, last week I decided to try on one of the pairs of pants. They fit!!! So I kept trying on. Everything fit. I am pleased to announce that every single article of clothing in my closet fits!!!:bounce: :Pinkbounc

This was a huge surprise. I started out in January barely fitting into size 16, but refusing to purchase clothes that were any bigger.

I have 16 more pounds to go until goal. I will probably end up in a size 8. I don't have any size 8s put away because that size has seemed impossible for a long time.

Now thanks to my WISH friends and Atkins, 10s are fitting, 8s are seeming realistic and I'm dreaming of 6s!:p

woohoo - way to go!

Last summer I was in a size 14 but that was before I lost 25lbs (10 since WISH). Ive recently bought 12s and I even put away a size 10. 10 more lbs to go

Don't you just want to go out to the mall and tell everyone you see that you are a size 10? :) WAY TO GO!!!

You will be sporting those 8s before you know it, and heck, why not the 6s too! There's no stopping you now, you are on a roll!!!

I'm really proud of you! The hard work is paying off, and now look at you!!! Sporting all those size 10 pants, that is GREAT! :) Woo-hoo!

Congratulations to you! That is such a wonderful feeling. I have come across some clothes that I put away "for a day when I lose weight" and I have found that I have surpassed them and they are too big, which was very exciting, so I know how you feel. Congrats on your success, enjoy your new clothes.

That is so cool! Doesn't it feel so great when you try on the smaller size and it fits!! I just went to the mall this week and tried on size 10 and 8 jeans. Mind you that I have size 14 and 16 and refused to buy any bigger, so I never wore jeans for the longest time. I fit into a size 10, and could get the size 8 up but couldn't zip them.
