For all of the encouragement you give!! I am wearing a pair of denim shorts today...a pair of shorts I couldn't even squeeze into a month ago. Granted they are size 18, but again 1 month ago there was noooooo way. Today they are comfortable!

Thanks for all the support and the accountability you all lend to those who struggle!! ONWARD AND DOWNWARD!!!!!!

Oh it's a beautiful thing to go down a size! Hey just think not only are you in 18's but now you get to shop in the miss'es section. So many more options available for you. I bet you feel like a million bucks. And the best news of all i can share that for me about every 15 lbs i get to go down a size and it takes about 6 weeks for that 15 to come off so just think by labor day you can start testing out how 16's are gonna look on you!!!! WTG.

That is so awesome! I bet you are just jumping for joy! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! Isn't it great when you can fit into clothes again. It's the BEST proof that what you are doing is REALLY REALLY REALLY working! It's almost like a dream sometimes, I think!

That's FANTASTIC, Melissa!!!!! Isn't it great when something in your closet fits again?? I love that!!! Keep it up and they will be baggy before you know it! :teeth:
