Continental airlines dinner

On their web site our flight states that we will be served dinner. We hardly ever fly so I'm wondering what kind of food it will be. I have a 3 and 6 year old and am wondering if it will be enough and enjoyable for them. The flight will be a little over 3hrs. The most we ever get is snacks.

I would call and order special meals. this way you can be guaranteed of what you are getting. for the kids order the kids meals and for yourself I always suggest the fruit plates. they are awesome. if you call CO they can tell you the menus. I understand that kosher meals are very good too. its no extra for special meals either.

I'd take my own food too! It's my own little quirk but I'm always afraid of being hungry on an airplane. I always pack a lunch with dessert and a big bottle of water. Just my opinion.....
