When you weigh in, that is.

I weigh myself at work on Monday mornings and always try to wear the same pants, long sleeve dress shirt, etc. Those pants are starting to get big! I weighed myself in the altogether (at home - in private!) and dressed for work and there was a 3 lbs. difference and that was without shoes.

So what is your weigh-in ritual?

We all have our routines. What ever makes the scale show us what we want to see (Weight Loss) As a matter of fact I was at a friends house the other day and she said if I hold on to the wall and step on the scale and let go of the wall really slow, I would be 10 lbs lighter. Well it worked I was 10 lbs lighter. (Not really, but it felt good to see the little red line there)

But yes, I always weigh myself in the privacy of my home and I do not wear any cloths. Always first thing in the morning after I visit the pottty. Cloths and shoes DO add extra weight.

Take it off girlfriend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I usually have my underwear on, but I know they weigh .5 pounds. ;)

Just kidding!! Yes, I potty first thing then almost neeked...no, naked I jump on that scale!

Where I am from "neeked" means naked and getting into trouble! I haven't gotten there....YET!!!!!

Nearly naked, save for some GAP undies! ;) What a risque thread, ha ha!

Wake up, go to the potty, drag the scale out, make sure the 0 lines up with that line on the dial and then hop on and have DH read the numbers out to me. It's not that I can't see the numbers on my own, but I can't see the lines between them good enough to know what the number is (especially when it's at a half-way mark!) ;)

No, not me. I weigh at home first thing Wednesday mornings after visiting the bathroom and I have a t shirt and underwear on. :D

That way I can't tell myself my clothes added 15 lbs!
