Just got our membership cards and new tote bag!

Whew! That was quick! Unfortunately the first tote they sent when we agreed to purchase "disappeared" during a trip to St. John's. I loved that bag because it had a zipper but...I guess I better keep a better eye on this one! Thanks to everyone for all the helpful info which made our purchase hassle-free.

Glad you received your tote and cards! When did you close on your purchase? Still waiting for our tote and cards. We closed in April.

We closed only 3 weeks ago, so I was surprised we recieved our perm. cards and tote so fast. Mkkim, I would call the quality control folks and ask them....:earsgirl:

Hi Lodgelady, thanks for the info. I am going to give them a call in the morning. I know the paperwork says 90 days but everyone else seems be getting their tote and cards fast.
