How do I put a webcertificate on my room charge at WDW?

I have received a webcertificate and would like to put it on my room at WDW. How can I do this? Do I have to call WDW or can I do it online?

I do mine online. I am using dreams unlimited and they have a simple online payment form. If your's is with Disney, I would call them and give them the info just like a credit card.

I didn't think Disney took CC's over the phone?

I had to use the form they sent me in the mail.
