I'm taking a group of 45 to WDW in February and I would love to be able to incorporate a Illuminations Dessert Party into this trip!

Can someome please tell me the particulars like cost, number of guests (min. and max.) and any other crucial elements? Thank you!!!

We're having our second Illuminations Dessert Party this fall. I believe that you don't need a specific number of people, but your total cost must be at least $700. The size of your group is just about the number of people we had last year, so you will be fine. They have several different party locations to accomodate different sized functions. When you are ready to call, ask to be connected with Park Catering and Events. The breakdown per person for us was around $30 which is a little pricey, but everyone agreed that it was the highlight of their trip. There are several menus so the cost can vary. Hope this helps.

I believe the least expensive dessert party package is $17.95/person with a 20 person minimum. That is the basic package and doesn't include tax and gratuities! We did the dessert party last summer and as Nickymouse stated, "it is a highlight"! Definitely worth the money.:D

Here is the Dessert Party Menu - cut and pasted from the menu I received from Disney Catering (below):

We are having a DP after our wedding ceremony on September 29. While we're only going to have about 6-8 people present, we have to pay for the minimum of 20 people. Plus there are various fees, like -

1) Outdoor Setup Fee ($75.00)
2) Service Fee, if you have less than 20 people ($50.00)
3) VIP Host/ess ($90.00)

Thank you soooooo much for the info and the menus! I am going to try and work the cost of this and a character breakfast into our trip. I'm actually taking my 8th grade choral group to perform in Disney's Magic Music Days and I want to create a memorable trip for them as well. We will be doing lots of fundraising and I'm hoping we can add this is as part of our plans! Thank you again!!!
