For a 6:30pm flight what time would you suggest leaving MK. We are turning in a car at Alamo.

If parked at the TTC, I would leave MK no later than 3:30pm. If you have to bus back to your resort, then allow more time. Allow time for gas if you are filling up yourself (we use the World Drive Exxon from MK or the one by Boardwalk if leaving from that area).
