Illuminations Dessert Party

I was wondering if anyone has done an Illuminations Dessert Party? I am interested in the # of people required, the food/beverages served, and the general pricing. We are planning a large family reunion at WDW next June and this sounds like it might be a good way to get everyone together one evening.

Also, we would love to have T-shirts made for our reunion - does anyone have any suggestions on how to get shirts made with Disney Characters on them? I've found that most custom t-shirt makers won't use disney characters b/c of copyright issues. Is there a way to order customized shirts through Disney?

Don't have any info on the dessert party but the Disney catalogue used to have a few T shirts you could customize. In fact a co-worker took 15 of her family to WDW and had the shirts made up for everyone

For the shirts - my plan is to pick them up at the next big Disney Store sale and have them screen printed on the back with our family info.

As for the dessert receiption, there are 4 locations available and I was told a minimum of 25 people. My event planning kit is on the way (I'm actually an event planner by profession). My understanding is it starts around $25 per person.
