13 1/2 pounds.

After years of being disappointed with what I eat on a diet I have finally found one that is great.

Had so much energy today and felt wonderful.

Spotty face has disppeared, headaches are a distant memory and I'm 13 1/2 pounds lighter.

Yeah!!!!

Oh my goodness, gracious, sweetie. That is just terrific progress! Don't count on a loss like that every weigh in but what a wonderful beginning.

I love Atkins, I've taken it as my lifetime plan. You should have come to chat this evening--I would love to have seen you there.

Way to go!!!!!!! Be proud of yourself, I'm proud <i>of</i> you my friend. Don't forget to post this to our check in thread too, wouldn't want anyone to miss a good celebration :)

Way to lose!!! txn's right, don't get discouraged if next week it isn't as dramatic...that is MAJOR loss!! Good job!! Remember, the key is to stay focused--keep up the great work!!!!

hi there.........i started last monday and tomorrow morning I will weigh-in for the end of my two week induction and so far I have also lost 13.5lbs!!!! tomorrow I will see what the final number is for the first two weeks..........there's no feeling like it in the world.....congrats on all the weight loss.........we should keep each other posted and monitor each other's progress!!!!!!!!!
