View Full Version : DH and I tried the Meat crust pizza last night.

It was actually quite good!! I guess in a way it was more like a pizza burger but we had really been hungry for some pizza. This was yummy enough to get us through the craving for Pizza and Dh is going to take it to work for his lunch!!

Tonight I am going to try the faux mashed potatoes(using cauliflower) along with fried chicken.

so Friday night I made the pizza with the egg crust. DH loved it! I thought it was good too, but I'm just really missing bread right about now, so it was a letdown for me...

I put the "batter" into a 9x13 pan...next time I'm going to put it in a cookie sheet so it's a bit thinner and maybe crispier. It had great flavor though!

I'm thankful for that recipe list!

I think I will try the egg crust next time!! The meat one was pretty good but I am still experimenting to see what we like the best.
