Vow Renewal Trip is over. Need to get back on track *Updated with pics & trip report

We had a truely GLORIOUS vacation and a Vow Renewal Service that I will remember for a lifetime. Everything was just wonderful and I ate and drank what I wanted.

What didn't happen was me jumping right back on the wagon when I got back. We got back a week ago and I havent been able to stick to plan. Im starting again today. I have to get off the 6 pounds I gained on the trip and after.

Acck I wish I could get that all off in a week before Dh's company picnic but I dont think it's gonna happen. I have a picture of me during our vow renewal to live up to that dh has on his desk. I know six pounds doesnt sound like much but it all went to my stomach area. I want to look the best I can for his picnic.

I could use all the prayers and pixie dust I can get this week. Jumping back on the wagon isnt as easy as I thought it would be.

I think it is sooooo totally hard to jump back on the wagon - regardless of how long you were off but I'm imaging the longer the harder! Hang in there girlfriend! I've been there, and will inevitably be there again! Jump on, the wagon is FINE!!!!

Now that you are on - stop beating yourself up. Maybe your tummy is poofed - oh well - you had a fabulous vacation with fond memories! No one else is thinking it would've been better had your tummy not poofed out! Exercise - drink lots and lots of water - cut back drastically on the salt intake - and you will lose those 6 lbs just like you did before - the WISH way! Living a healthy lifestyle and the choices that reflect from that!

There's plenty of room here, and I have a special cushion for you to sit on (these darn wagon seats can be so hard sometimes!) :)

Thanks everyone!!!! I didnt write up a trip report. I really should but a good friend of mine will be posting pictures on this thread sometime today. So far yesterday and today I have done pretty well. Temptations are there much stronger than they used to be but I will get past that. I really need to get the rest of this weight off. I want to be to goal by December at the latest because dh has a holiday party then and I want to look awesome for it and get a special dress. I have 25 pounds to go now.

You are SUCH a tiny little thing...and you make such a BEAUTIFUL BRIDE!!! Where do you think you are going to lose 25 MORE pounds???

Awwwww thanks Tracy!!! Believe it or not to get to goal I still have 25 pounds to go. Thankfully I mainly gain all over so I look thinner than I actually am. That was such an awesome day and one I will remember for a lifetime. I did do a trip report a few minutes ago if you want to read it.

What wonderful photos, what wonderful memories. *sigh* everything is beautiful.

It's so hard to get back on track after letting go for a week. I have learned the hard way that letting go is something I will most likely never be able to do again, my personality is too addictive.

You can do it though. You've already proven you have what it takes to get and stay healthy.

Your gown is so lovely and you are just perfectly appointed. What a romantic day that must have been.
