Has anyone tried the Zumba workout?? I did, and I just love it!! The music is really neat, and the workout is easy!! I sweat like crazy, and it doesn't feel like I am working!! What do you like??

I absolutely love my Curves workout. I find that it's a half hour where I really don't think of anything except waiting for the tape to tell me to "change stations now". I have just recently started WATP, and while I can't say I love it, I don't mind it.;)

I have WATP but I'm so curious about Zumba. Is there a particular tape or dvd that you use? I'd love to try it out.

I love Curves . I go 4-5 times a week and I have lost 15 lbs in the last month. We do power round on Fridays it is grerat, You used each machine twice in a row, with a walking pad in between, and you only go around once instead of three. Twice as hard as the normal work out and faster. I love it

I LOVE the new FIRM DVDs with the sculpting stick - all 3 are intense workouts! :D

Zumba is a workout based on latin dancing--sexy dancing--I bought the 4 DVD set. There was an instructional video which was helpful to teach the movements, a beginner which I use a lot-its not too difficult. Then there is an advanced and a 20 minute "rapido" workout. I haven't tried the advanced or rapido, because I am having too much fun with the beginner. I figure I better learn to "move" again so when I reach my goal, I can shake what I have the right way!!!;)
I also like any Kathy Smith workout--I would like to try her yoga and her pilates tapes.
Tae Bo is intense too-I am usually pretty sore the next day! I usually do that one if I am in a really bad mood-the punching and kicking are an excellent release!!!
ZUMBA! I'm glad you like it!!! :) That is great! I think the guy has a wonderful idea and I hope he makes it far! I tried the Zumba tapes but just could not follow along. ;)
My favorite workout is rollerlbading. I just love being oustide and I love skating fast and feeling the wind in my face. It is such a rush!!!
