Just wondering - from all the programs that offer paper gc's, which one's are for restaurants and stores in or around the WDW areas? I know several offer RC and PH, but what else???

If you have a car and can go offsite, there are tons of restaurants on 192, the Lake Buena Vista area, and International Drive. Look for Macaroni Grill, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, and my favorite, Bahama Breeze.
You can go to the restaurant's website and look for a restaurant locator that will give you the exact location of each restaurant in the WDW area.

Glad to see there's someone else up at 3AM. LOL
Bahama Breeze is a Carribean themed restaurant. I went to the one located on International Drive but I think they also have a location in the area near the new Marriot complex on Vineland Ave. I think they call the area Little Lake Bryan (?). You can check out their site and see the menu at www.bahamabreeze.com
This restaurant is VERY popular and we went early at about 5PM one night. We didn't have to wait and I had about $100 in GC which I'm sure added to our enjoyment of the place.
The food and service was terrific and there is a terrace with music if you do have to wait. My boys are older (teenagers) and they really liked the food and the fruit slushies. I can't remember what DH and I had, but I do remember that everything was really fresh and delicious. Take a look at the menu and see if there's anything your family would enjoy but be prepared to wait if you get there later than 5:30.
