Dh tossed out the book that had this recipe in it and I have never been able to find it again and it is just delicious. Two pounds of frozen hash brown potatos, 1 can of cream of potato soup, other ingredients (that's what I'm missing - could have been cream cheese and/or sour cream, 1/2 and 1/2) put in pan with shredded cheese on top and bake.

Can anybody bail me out and tell me what the missing ingredients are. Thanks so much.

Thanks so much. I am hosting a mini DIS meet. I am serving barbequed beef brisket (I buy a smoked Sadlers brisket from Sams Club and cook it slowly (it is fully cooked already so I guess I should say I warm it) at low heat with barbeque sauce, potatos, coleslaw, baked beans and chocolate truffle cake. Also watermelon margaritas. We are leaving very early the next morning to drive up north to see all the grandbabies so it has to be simple and on paper plates. What do you think?
