running to the bathroom at every mall,
grocery store, and gas station in town will
burn off more calories, too.....

*lol* ... I can definitely relate to the bathroom part! It's adding a little to my daily exercise, especially since the bathroom at work is down the hall from my office :p

having to go to the bathroom often encourages me to walk faster on my outside walks so i can get home to potty lol.

That is so true. It does help you add some steps into your day when you drink the amount you should be or more:D .

I can so relate.
And I have to do that double time. I was having bladder problems...and two doctors have told me that my bladder is the size of a three year olds. It didn't develop or something.
I spend half of my day in the bathroom...ugh.

Anyone else try to plan their day around their water drinking? I usually have 80 oz a day. I start with 32 after my early morning jog, but then I have to wait about 3 hours for it all to get out until I can go out on a walk with my kids. Then I have another 32 after the walk, but if Im going to run errands, I only 16 instead, and so on. Its not easy. ;)
