Final Goal Weight-130

Started Yesterday
Walked 1 mile
Total of 200 lunges with each leg
total of 200 squats
some isometrics for abs, rear, arms, legs (3 sets of 100 each)
drank 1 gallon of water
breakfast-skipped
lunch-(hadn't completely decided about the diet yet, so wasn't very good)-pecan waffle
dinner-salad (lettuce, cucumbers, carrots) with vinegar

So far today, I've:
had 7/8 of my gallon of water
walked 2 miles
eaten a bowl of Cheerios with 2% milk
done 200 lunges with each leg and 200 squats
done isometrics for the same areas as yesterday (2 sets of 100 for each area that I mentioned)
