Does anyone know how the multi-flex ticket is suppose to work for reserving FOTL at Universal and IOA? Can you sign up for as many rides as you want?

The Flexticket is treated as a multiday ticket, so you can get three Universal Express tickets at once. You can get a new one when you use your first one or after 2 hours. FOTL is only for onsite guests.
