How much time should we allow to go from HRH back to airport in rush hour?

On the morning we leave, we need to be at the airport by 8 a.m. When should we leave HRH to get there comfortably?? I was thinking of asking our TTF driver to pick us up at 7 a.m. Think this would allow enough time?? THANKS M

That should allow plenty of time, especially if you go by way of the Bee Line Expressway.

Thanks, I also want to be prepared for "smoke" delays. GOODBYE< we leave in two days. the only item I don't have is some protective lotion for SEA LICE which I may need for the cruise portion of our trip. Anyone know a store near Universal that might carry such an item? No time now to order from the internet. If not, guess I'll be itching and scratchin' M

Well, Mabelette,

I had a 12noon flight on Thursday, I left the Dolphin at 10:15am, stopped for gas and was on my way before 10:30am.

No traffic, no problems. Got to MCO before 11am, long line at Airtran, then they announced that there was NO MORE room for baggage on the 12noon flight and I was bumped to the 12:45pm flight at 11:10am.
