It may sound like a silly question, but I don't know if I have a guide.
Nearly a year ago someone named Betty Prykil (sp ?) spoke to me twice on the phone about buying DVC from Disney. But, as it turned out, we bought resale.
It's been 2 months since we closed on our resale and no one has contacted me to say "Hi, I'm your guide."
Am I correct that guides are mainly for making purchases and I won't need one until I decide to add-on? If so, fine, no big deal. If not, who do I call to get one? MS seems to be all about reservations.
