National EA Base Rate $118 for Sept/Oct.

The discounts are still better with DC contract # and coupon ($38 and $16) but if you not a DC member maybe entertainment club can work for you. ( EB coupon disc. $16.57)

For 11 days,
DC weekly base rate is 144, with discount & coupons comes to $240
Entertainment base rate is 118, with coupon comes to $245.

For a weekly rental it's even closer!

I don't know if it's the contract #'s and coupons that are making it $118 versus $144 but the time of year you are going.

I'm going in Nov/Dec and it's still $144 no matter what discount I use. I have the BJ's contract # and Entertainment # and DC #'s and it still is a base rate of $144.

They will probably come down. Keep checking. I have a Nov/Dec MCO rental with Avis. I have a Chevy Cavalier at a base of $87.45 for a week.

I tried this this afternoon and it kept coming up 144 base rate but I just tried tonight and it came up $118 for full size or intermediate so of course I went for full. I also used my Entertainment book code for $15 off a weekly rental so I am looking at $143/week including tax. I'm SO excited!!! Thanks a lot!

Just used Gillian's coupon with DC code for 9 days in Oct. and got an extra 16.57 off. Down to 188.60. The free day coupon on the DC site isn't good in Oct. Thanks:p

If you look a few post up, you'll see a link for a Disney coupon that is good till April of 2002. Try that one for your October trip.

If you are a AAA member the contract code is 6100253. I called National's internet department to get it. When that code is entered, the base rate for a week in Oct/Nov was $118.

By the way, sorry for not responding sooner, two graduations and a birthday party this weekend! I never thought I'd be glad it was Monday!
