Just back from the HRH and POLY, any ??

How was your HRH stay? Did you ask for/get an upgrade? What type room did you stay in? Did you get your Loews First perks?

We did not get an upgrade, but the room was very nice. We did get the milk and cookies, but we had to remind them. Our children were so excited to get the grade A mugs, but they were out of stock during our 5 night stay. They did mark their room keys with Grade A so that they could get free refills, but it just
wasn't the same!
