I've noticed that alot of DISers use electric coolers during their WDW stay, but I was wondering what exactly it was
Is it like a small refrigerator? How many cubic feet are they? Do they hold something large, like a gallon of milk?
Thanks

These coolers are usually average cooler size, I have no idea what the dimensions are. They can plug in to your cigarette lighter/power points in the car or they have an adapter to plug it into an outlet. We have used them in deluxe hotels mainly for keeping milk for our cereal, and bottled water. Ours was big enough to hold a gallon of milk along with other items. I don't know if they have found a way to make them less noisey in the past few years, but ours was rather loud. It was like a constant obnoxious little fan running, so we put it in the bathroom. Hope this helps!

We use our cooler to hold drinks, lunch meats, etc during our stays. They are the same size as the average dorm refridge and can sit up on the side like a fridge or you can lay it down like a normal cooler. They stay super cool like a regular fridge. Yes, the fan on it can be noisy, but my family can't sleep without the noise of a fan blowing, so it serves 2 purposes while we are on vacation.
