priceline question

I understand I can only rebid on priceline (without making any changes) every 7 days. I'm quite sure my last bid was last Wednesday and it's still not letting me rebid for the same thing. Does it go by exact hours??? Anyone know? Sure would appreciate the info. THANKS!

That's strange. They've actually changed their policy to every 72 hours.

So I'm not sure why you're having a problem.

I had also heard about the 72 hours, thought maybe that was for hotels. I'm bidding on a car.

Car re-bidding on Priceline is every 7 days, and it's to the exact hour.

Thanks Sheryl. I was finally able to get a car.

Originally got a compact for 14 days in July for $15/day-Budget (priceline). Wanted to increase my holiday by 4 days, no trouble with hotel, got the same one - Wyndham Orlando - $30/day (original bid was plus $20 AMX bonus, this new bid for 4 additional days was also for $30/day plus $5. priceline bonus).

Anyway - back to the car - I ended up paying $20/day for a compact car for my addional days, not bad though, and its through Budget again, so at least I don't have to go back to the airport to switch cars.
