I only had half an hour to work out yesterday and I didn't have any headphones with me and I hate to go on the treadmill without being able to listen to music or watch TV so I thought about what I could do. So I got in the pool and "jogged" lengths for 30 mins. I'm sure people must have been looking at me from the Spa bath and thinnking I was a nutter;) I can't do front crawl very well so I usually do breaststroke which is slow and doesn't make me feel as if I've done any exercise, that's why I do Aqua classes. Anyway like I said I only had half an hour so the jogging the lengths really helped and the resistance of the water was great I felt as if I'd had a great work out :teeth:
