What Universal Express benefits do Annual Passes bring?

I'm thinking about getting an annual pass for Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure. As an annual pass holder, what Express benefits would I get? Would I count as a multi-day pass holder, get the same benefits as on-site guests or something else?

AP holders at USF/IOA get 3 express passes at a time, other tix holders can only have 1 express pass at a time. AP holders can get some good rates on rooms and there are many discounts on dining and on purchases made in the various shops. ( I think it's 20% 0ff in the shops, 10 % off certain restaurants in Citiwalk, and 15% after 3:00pm at the restaurants in the parks.)
IMO they offer the best discounts for Ap holders available.
