I'm going to guess after checking out their site that that promotional rate with "terms & conditions" may require some sort of timeshare tour? they said to call them with details & also their booking form asks if you are married & what your income is?
quoted from their site:
"All information concerning schedule, terms and conditions will be supplied in writing for your review and approval."
smells like timeshare tour to me!

Right, it is a timeshare tour rate. I just wondered if this company does a respectable job. They said they've been in business 15 years, and I could find no complaints about them on the net, so I thought I would give them a try.
We had a timeshare rate of avg. $45 on a one bedroom and regular rate $89 on a two bedroom through hotelkingdom, but in a three bedroom, we can all be together.

My cousin did the timeshare tour at Wyndham Palms and said it wasn't bad at all. In fact, she's done several and said that except for Disney, this was the lowest pressure.
Her problem with it was price, if I remember correctly, over $40k for a 2 bedroom timeshare. That's a LOT of money for a timeshare but if you don't intend on buying, it's a great place to stay.

They contacted me today through an email I had sent. I booked the summer bay for 7 days in Aug. 89.00 per night, yes with a timeshare tour, we are DVC owners, so that should help. Has anyone stayed at summer bay? WT also said I could cancel fully up until 10 days before arrival. Hope this is true, just in case DVC comes through.
