Hello everyone,
Sorry I haven't been around but I had a bad case of the post vacation blues. In fact, I think it may have taken it's toll on my weight loss efforts. But enough of that....tomorrow night I am going back to my first weigh in since I came back from vacation over two weeks ago. I could have gone sooner but I wasn't in the right state of mind.
Anyway, I have a new long term goal. I am planning to start my next WDW vacation 7/31/04. I have a goal of losing about 50lbs by then. What do you think?
Just wanted to check in

That's a great goal, Sue! Just think how much easier it will be to tour WDW without those extra 50 lbs! Very do-able.
Some PD is coming your way for your WI. Whatever those scales say, you can just hop right back on the wagon and ride.
Onward and downward!!!

Sue, I had to keep reading your note over.... I kept seeing 7/31/04 as 7/31/03. I was trying to figure out how many limbs you'd need to amputate to lose 50 pounds in three weeks!:p
Now, 50 pounds by 7/31/04- that I know you can do! That's less than 1 pound per week. That's a very reasonable goal.

Good luck!
God bless you, best wishes, and encouragemet, RaySharpton (insert smiley face here...lol)
GOOD LUCK, Sue!
Sorry to hear about your post vacation blues! That stinks! However, you know we are here to help lift you up if we can!!!! I think planning your next trip is THE BEST medicine to chase those blues away, and also some great incentive to stick with your plan.
You know, I've seen your picture and there is no way I am going to believe you have 50 pounds to lose. What are you going to do, cut off your legs? WOW! You must be cursed with lead in your bones like me!
Sending you lots of hugs and happy thoughts for today. No matter what your weigh in says, you know you have got yourself fired up again and that is what counts! From here on out it's ONWARD and DOWNWARD, especially with such a Tiggerific prize waiting for you at the end of your journey (a healthier, slimmer YOU enjoying THE PERFECT vacation!!!)

Hi Buddy!
50lbs in a year and 3 weeks - I think you'll be there way sooner than that - but DEFINATELY BY THEN!!
I know what you mean about post vacation BLAHS - I weighed in last week and managed by the grace of GOD to lose .2lb(I know thats actually like staying the same) But I think I might have gained a little this week - I was really having the I don't want to work or clean or nothing post vacation blues since Sunday. but I am feeling less blah today.
Well I hope you are a "LOSER" tonight at weigh in - GOOD LUCK!
Sue:D
