Here I am no clippie in my siggy and my head hung low :( . There are no excuses, none, nada...I am a dropout. The Dr. has put his foot down (okay, it was more like a boot to the backside) if I don't lose weight I am headed for major medical problems.

SO...I am coming out from behind the bag of Oreos to say that I weigh 205 lbs. but next year at this same time I WILL weigh 130 lbs. Today is day 2 of restricted eating (lowfat/I failed at Atkins) and day 1 of the torture treadmill. My eyes are floting around in my head from all of the water consumed. My mini goal is a 10 lb. loss by Agusut 8.

I've been catching up on all of you and you guys are really losers!! LOL! How inspiring! Keep up the good work!!

Being honest and putting my cards on the table is hard but let's get busy I've got some poundage to lose.

Thanks for "listening".

You can do it, Tiggerkeeper!!!! If you dread that treadmill, go get a Walk Away The Pounds tape and try that. I love it!! You can check out my The Results Are In thread for my recent test results!

Grab a Wish Member Clippie Tiggerkeeper......we'll get you there!

Don't think of you're whole weight losss at once though, or you'll be overwhelmed. It's only 20.5 pounds and you will have lost 10 percent of your body weight. Make that your first goal and it will seem much easier on you. You can make your second goal once you get there!!!

Hooray for you, Tiggerkeeper! Coming back here was a huge step in the right direction.

75 pounds to lose? You can do that! My goal is to lose 70 pounds from my WISH starting weight. It sounded pretty overwhelming to me... but I've been working at it 5 pounds at a time. Instead of trying to fathom the big number, I just focus on that next 5 pound clippie.

Toss those Oreos out, put some Slim-a-Bears or Skinny Cows in your freezer, and be a loser with us!

Thanks for all of the encouragment! You all are great! It's day 3 and I am taking day by day. It is overwhelming to look at the total I need to lose but those 10 lb. goals won't seem so bad.

Again, thanks and I look forward to talking to all of you!!

PS - Ray, how do you stay away from the Varsity???? :p

Nothing can keep a good Tigger down. It's in the blood, you just can't fight that bouncy determination you were born with!

Glad to see you back! Look at that beautiful rose that Mary gave you, WOW!

I know you can do this. It's hard to think about reaching goal when it seems so far away, but if you realize that a year from now you will be able to look back at HOW MUCH you've lose and HOW FAR you've come, then it might make things a little easier. Every day you are closer to your goal, and every time you make a healthy choice, you are doing your body and mind a HUGE favor!

If you start to feel discouraged, just pop on in for some hugs and support! That's what we are all here for. I wouldn't want to try to do this alone. I really count on WISH and my Tiggerific PM buddies to help me stay focused and inspired. Count on us!

YOU CAN DO THIS!!! Take it moment by moment, celebrate the small victories and PLEASE just know that it will happen! You will get smaller and smaller, you will feel more energetic and you will reach your goal!

You can do it. Look around you and see all of those that ARE making a healthy lifestyle change! You can do it too. You may want to find yourselve a buddy. Our buddy system has done wonders for all of us. They keep us motivated and inspired to keep on going when things go slowly and encourage us when things are moving! It's a great place to be if you are committed to loose. Remember pick you weight in date and check in with us once a week with your results. There's tons of great ideas and my advise is don't get all caught up with the "bad" foods that you need to avoid look for all the great new foods you can enjoy guilt free! You can snack you can eat frozen yogurt you can have wonderful goodies! Another thing i do it take my weight in 10% losses. I made a chart and i keep it tucked away and every time a reach a 10% goal i start working on my next 10% only 2 more to go to GOAL for me outta 5!

Welcome back Tiggerkeeper!

I agree at the mini goals! The overall amount can seem overwhelming, but trying to loose 10% makes it feel manageable. You have succeeded in the first step........coming back to wish!

Welcome back!
