Some Cheap advice about exercising....

I warned you this was going to be CHEAP!!!

I do NOT recommed trying to whiten your teeth, (ya know with those Crest White strip thingys) while you are using a machine, or a tape, or working out in general.

I am such a victim of advertising....the commercial said that you can "whiten" while doing "whatever". WRONG!!!!

I swear....I almost choked to DEATH!!...I was fine for the first 6 mins or sooo...but I like to drink water while working out...and thats where the trouble started....I forgot that you can't drink with those things in your mouth...I took a Whoosh of water...and almost gagged!!! I ripped those babies out...and kept right on exercising!!!

Just thought I would pass on my wealth of knowledge in case anyone else gets a "brainy idea"!!! LOL

You need a warning label for your funny stories (or else I should just read all your posts with caution considering the laughs you have given me in the past). While I'm extremely grateful that you DID NOT choke to death, I can't stop laughing at the image you described!!! Ha ha ha! Live and learn. I think you need to write to Crest and let them know they have very misleading advertising...
