City Walk admission free?

I'm sorry I have so many questions! I am trying to find the answers without posting a question- info seems like it changes a lot, so I'm asking here.
Anyway, are the Citywalk Clubs free to onsite guests? To multi-day ticket holders? OR not free anymore?

My 5-day pass says it's good for City Walk. Maybe the Universal Web site has more information.

I just recently received my documents from Universal for a stay on 07/30 - 8/7

In addidtion to the things I ordered I received four Citywalk Party passes (for our family of four)

I got my reservation thru Universal Studios Vacations so I cant say if this applies to reservations made elsewhere.

I didnt ask for them and it wasnt written down anywhere.

The answer used to be no but now I am not sure.
Didnt get them last two times we went to HRH

Some passes include city walk...otherwise..it is $8.95 for club hopping tickets to city walk for one night...or $5 per club.

City Walk is free. The only time you would have to pay is if you want to get into the clubs after 9P. The restaurants and shops can be entered any opening time for free.

Depending on your ticket type or vacation package you may also have free entrance to the clubs.
