During Check-Out at RPR...

We were given a postcard to fill out. It was to get a suite upgrade for our next trip that would be emailed to us. Has anyone else received this? I wanted to use the TV screen check-out but it wasnt working and I had to go to the desk instead and this is when it was handed to me. I'm now thinking if I hadnt checked out at the desk I wouldnt have received this at all.

I filled out the same card during checkout last month. You're right if I had used express check out I would not have known about this offer.

I'm going back in Sept and would love to upgrade to a suite. :D

There was a sign in the Portofino lobby this past weekend that told of the same opportunity - just fill in a Q & A and get a free upgrade certificate for your next stay. Anyone could fill in the card anytime - not just upon check out.
