I am currently planning my families second Disney Cruise. I have thought about using All Seasons Travel to help plan my vacation. I am looking for references for this company. Problems or Compliments please. I have never used a travel agency, but there website is very enticing. Thanks for your help.

We have not gone on the cruise yet -- it is booked for March 13, 2004 (Western Carr. on the Magic) but this will also be our second Disney Cruise and my friend and I both booked with All Seasons travel. While some of the people were easier to deal with than others overall we are so happy with how much money we saved -- A LOT! Both my friend and I would rather pay more and not sacrifice anything but we truly feel like we have gotten the better deal! They were even able to transfer my reservation over to them and I got to keep the same stateroom and everything. So far so good. Good luck with what you decide!

Hi!
I was originally booked with AAA. I was't happy with there service at all. She hardly returned my calls and I'd ask her to ck something out for me and wouldn't return those calls either. I was doing all the calling. I was doing most of the work!!
So after reading these boards, someone mentioned All Seasons Travel. I called them and there prices were less than AAA. I too was a little nervous about it. But I've gotten written confirmation on my reservation along with a few other items.
I did check them out a bit and know they've been in business for quite some time.
You know if they were bad, you'd hear about it on these boards!!
This was just too much money I saved. I'd rather save the money and let them handle it. I knew what I wanted when I booked. So they didn't have to do much at all.
Ok..I"m rambling again..bad habit.
But you know some people like having complete control of the reservation. I too would..but saving money is fun too!
If you have any questions, you can call them directly or email them.
Have fun planning..that's 1/2 the fun! :Pinkbounc

We have booked our next Disney Cruise with All Seasons also. This will be our third Disney Cruise but the first we booked with All Seasons. Like the rest of you, we saved some money going through them instead of our normal agency. The service so far has been good.

We booked our last trip with All Seasons. They were great. We had no problems and everything went smoothly. They did have great prices. We have also used DU and they are wonderfull Too. I feel you can't go wrong either way.

We booked our last trip with All Seasons and we were on the "infamous one and only cancelled Disney Cruise". Anyway, they couldn't have been better to us. They not only insured that we were able to travel on the 4 day Wonder, we were given a cat 7 when everyone else that booked with Disney and such were put in a cat 11.
When I spoke with a Disney rep over the few confusing days before the crusie, she told me the reason that I was given a room with a balcony (I originally booked a 5, it's not like they were "giving" me anything) was because I was booked through All Seasons and she said that they were DCL's favorite TA"s to work with.
Owners Chuck and Janice Maida coudlnt' be more helpful and we can't wait for our upcoming November cruise which we booked through them.

I used ***********.....they have the best rates around, and yes, they beat all seasons travel rates.

The website for All Seasons Travel (the one with the good Disney Cruise rates) is actually: www.*************.com and not www.allseasonstravel.com

We leave Friday for our second cruise, first one through All Seasons (we sail on the 7/6 Wonder). They have been wonderful to work with - even received call from Chuck (pres of co) to let us know of our room number and location. Cruise docs arrived about three and half weeks out, everything so far has been great! Good luck!

Just booked our next Disney Cruise with them last night (May 9, 2004-WONDER) and all of the people I have dealt with so far there are super nice and very helpful. When they asked who referred me to them I said the DIS BOARDS and they knew right away what I was talking about. So they must get a lot of buisness from here.

We used All Seasons Travel on our last Cruise and they were great. I tried getting a quote from DU for the Cruise we booked for March, 2004 and they were several hundred dollars more than All Seasons.:bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

We just returned from our first Disney (4-day) cruise and had used All Seasons Travel (www.*************). They were the lowest price I could find. No problems....... phoned them several times beforehand with nitpicky questions and changes, received all info and documents in timely fashion, and found a complimentary stateroom gift waiting on our bed. (We were Cat 6, not concierge.)
I also opted to receive snail mail and email promos from them concerning future Disney cruises. Great prices. Very tempting and informative, not at all annoying or overly frequent.
BTW, the stateroom gift was the Disney "Bon Voyage" Keepsake/Photo Box (large and sturdy) filled with assorted odd and ends...... the pliable Captain Mickey figure (remember Gumby?) whose head is also a picture frame, ship stationary and pen, postcards, and several 4x6 "Photo Card" frames.

The name of the TA is All Seasons travel, they are located in Jacksonville FL, however, the website is *************.com. We are using them for our Oct 5th cruise and so far have been very professional. They also can be reached at 1-800-771-8690. There web site is very user friendly.

minnieluvzmickey,
I never used DCL or DU to book a cruise. All I can say is that All Seasons beat thier prices both times I booked. DCL told me that the early dining was not available on the dates I wanted, but All Seasons got it for me.

For those that have used DU and ALL Seasons did you feel as 1 poster said that DCL prfers AS? We have sailed 3 times and booked directly 2 times, once transferring to DU and once booking though them. I have noticed that AS seems to have cat 1-3 available where they must hold a block of rooms. Does anyone know if this is true? Does anyone from AS monitor these boards? We have been satisfied with DU, but if price is better may switch. thanks. Beth
