Difference between 3-day & 4-day?

Other than "1 day"!, what is the difference between the 3-day and 4-day cruise? Any different activities, or more of the same? We are going on the Sept 28th cruise with 1 day at sea, no Freeport, because we'd rather be on that beautiful ship, rather than on shore. Will there be that Master Chef Series, or culinary demonstration?

Also, where would I find a complete list of what activities are offered on Castaway Cay?
