What is the fastest way to get back into Ketosis??

I am not out of it..I am actually going pretty strong. BUT stupid me took a sip of my DS milkshake that I made him...(he didn't think I put enough banana in it so I took a sip without thinking).

Now I know this one thing won't knock me out...but I was thinking ....What is the fastest way to "cleanse" yourself. Is it just by going back on induction again..for a few days. I know if I went back on the fast again it would work..but I really don't want to do that...OR do you just stay on plan...and eventually you will become back in Ketosis?

If this knocks you out of ketosis, just go back on induction until you see evidence of ketones again.
