Yes! IOA has a character lunch at Confsico's. Each park also has a birthday celebration at around 2 pm. The characters from each respective park show up. The Portifino has a character dinner, but I haven't been to it.

What is the Birthday Celebration about?

I've only been at the character meal at Confscio's. I've seen:

Cat in the Hat
Grinch
Popeye
Olive Oyl
Dr. Doom
Gypsy
Adventure guy (don't know what his real name is)
Beetle Bailey

I'm sure there are more, but I only stayed until around 12:30.

Do you need Priority Seating for this character meal and what is the number I'd need to call to do this? How far in advance can I get PS if it's needed?
