Yup, we sure did!
My wife and I have been reading this board for over a year know, and based on everything we decided to become a DVC member first thing when we arrived at Disney last week. Boy, did we take the DVC folks by surprise! I don't think they expected people to just walk in and say "We know about the points and annual fees and so on ... here's what we want ... let's do it." In fact, I was a little disappointed in our DVC rep. She wasn't too perky or happy or enthusiastic - but then again, I think we took her by surprise. In fact, she attempted to talk us down on the number of points we wanted. hehe. I told her that let's get them now at the current price before the price hike. She just looked at me and smiled! woohoo!
Wilderness Lodge Villas look great, and we're happy with that decision. We're already planning our trips.
How's vero Beach and Hilton Head? Looks like a nice little getaway for us during the yeat i.e., long weekend!
