Talk about a tough meal to get through without cheating!

Menu

Broasted Chicken (it was hard to remove the skin)
cole slaw
Mashed tatoes
dressing/stuffing
gravy
corn
rolls
wedding cake

I tryed to be good, I ate chicken (but the skin was on), cole slaw, and a small serving of dressing - I think I had more carbs in one meal than I've had in the past week.......

You CAN eat the skin on ATkins...FYI...next time you won't need to stress out as much.

I was thinking the coating more than the skin - with broasted there is a pretty heaqvy batter coating - must be loaded with carbs

As long as it was butter, you didn't eat anything off plan.

Now mashed potatoes and gravy are a whole other thing ;)

The wedding is over and you're back on track, Ron. Don't beat yourself up over something you can't change.

One little thing, though. If you ate the coleslaw and dressing, you probably need to start induction again starting the day after the wedding.
