FL. Res. Discounts for DVC'ers

Recently read in the "Unofficial Guide 2001" that DVC members were entitled to the Florida resident discounts available for the purchase of park passes. Can anybody confirm this? The discount for Fl. residents is grerater than the Disney Club!

There is a reason why the "Unofficial Guide 2001" is "unofficial". They make mistakes and publish false information. There is no Fl. resident park passes discount for all DVC members. Only for those DVC members who also reside in the state of Florida.

Another case of don't believe everything you read. This keeps coming up but....it just isn't true -- Although it should be. ;)

Seems that this issue comes up about once a quarter just like clockwork.
